- 110 grams caster sugar
- 2 Tbsp. hot chocolate powder (a high quality milk, Swiss if possible)
- 300 grams chocolate (fine quality Swiss, at least 70% cocoa solids)
- 250 mL double cream
- 400 grams biscuit (spread – please see my recipe to make your own!)
- 150 grams double cream
- strawberries (enough for each meringue plus a few extra to serve)
