Loved making this cake. Unfortunately I couldn’t try it as it was for my Granny’s 83rd birthday but she said it tasted amazing. I found that there actually wasn’t enough mixture so had to make more but I didn’t mind as the second load I made actually turned out better than the first because I added more cinnamon to it. Will definitely be making this again soon so I can try it for myself :)

Brilliant easy tasty cake, i have made this a few times now, always turns out well, would probably suggest a slightly smaller tin, or make a larger amount which is what i do
