  • 12 sugar snaps (sliced on the diagonal)
  • 15 grapes (halved)
  • 4 spring onions (thinly sliced)
  • 3/4 cucumber (diced)
  • 1 courgette (small, zucchini thinly sliced or spiralized)
  • 5 stalks broccoli (tender stem, lightly steamed or raw)
  • 1 stick celery (thinly sliced)
  • 4 peas (tblsps raw)
  • 4 pistachios (tblsps)
  • 4 pumpkin seeds (tblsps)
  • 15 green olives (or more)
  • 1 avocado (small ripe, peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon mint (or more chopped)
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt (I used organic soy yogurt - not SCD)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ground black pepper (freshly)
