- 2 cups almond meal (/flour, I used Bob's Red Mill almond meal/flour)
- 1/2 cup sugar (I used white but you can substitute light brown or coconut sugar)
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (I use Vietnamese Cinnamon)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 20 whole almonds (18–, roasted or raw or any kind you like)
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)
- 1/2 cup sugar (I used white sugar but you can substitute light brown or coconut sugar)
- 3/4 tsp. grated orange zest (finely-, from one orange - just the orange part, the white is bitter)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips (I used 365 brand from Whole Foods)
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)
- 1/2 cup sugar (I used white sugar but you can substitute light brown or coconut sugar)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (bitter sweet, I used 365 brand from Whole Foods)
