- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 200 grams soft goat cheese (I used regular chèvre – the least stinky one)
- 60 grams pistachio
- 200 grams dried plum (you can find those easily in Stockmann, “kuivahedelmä” section)
- 4 eggs
- 150 mL olive oil
- 100 mL milk (use täysmaito.. you are baking French for heaven’s sake!)
- 50 grams yoghurt (I used of course Bulgarian jogurtti)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
