- 1 lemon
- black pepper
- 60 grams plain flour (again I used gluten free)
- salt
- 2 eggs
- 120 mL mayonnaise
- 1 handful rocket (roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. capers (drained)
- 8 slices bread (to serve)
