- 1 handful curly parsley (chopped)
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 10 slices white bread (crusts removed and processed)
- 2 Tbsp. cumin seed (crushed)
- 5/16 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup dry mustard (Colman's)
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Spanish onion (large, sliced into thick rings)
- sea salt (to taste)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
