Very good! I substituted a yellow onion for a small bunch of green onions (next time I will try leeks) and I added chopped celery instead of celery salt (I like the real deal) and it was amazing I also used 15%MF cream instead of whole milk as I like my chowdah to be a bit thicker. If you are a purist, you can strain everything and emulsify the liquid using an immersion blender or Food Processor. I will be making this again for sure.
