- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oil (one that can withstand a higher heat such as peanut oil)
- 1 bok choi (stalks and leaves separated then chopped)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 200 grams prawns (uncooked)
- 1 handful mint (chopped)
- 25 grams basil

First time making curry in general and this was delicious, the boyfriend loved it! This dish was easy to make and extremely flavorful definitely will make again!

Loved it. I must admit that I used fresh coriander instead of basil and mint, because I am used to using coriander in curries, but next time I will try to use basil and mint as per the recipe
