Absolutely delicious! I used it as a base for my cream cheese, avocado and poached egg sandwich... I toasted it on my iron skillet with a little butter. Will definitely be making again!

I make a 4 slice keto loaf based on this recipe. It's so easy, lasts me a week and nakes great french toast! I use MCT oil instead of butter, it turns out 👌

At first I could tell it was the egg and baking powder that had given the bread its texture, but then I toasted the halves in a pan and while sharp cheddar was melting on one half, I spread honey pecan cream cheese on the other and OMG it’s a totally workable bread substitute! I’ll probably mix the cheese in next time with chives. I’m not on a diet but I like to try healthy alternatives and this one will stay in my repertoire

It turned out great! What I love about this bread is it’s SO EASY AND SO FAST to make! I tried toasting it and that was good but looking forward to making a grilled cheese with it.

This is so amazing my first keto alternative attempt, turned out just like the picture and so many options, could spread this out thin for a pizza crust, make muffins, once it's grilled its much more bready. Thank you so much

I took another rater’s advice and added half a teaspoon of ACV and my butter already had salt so I didn’t add extra. It did taste eggy, tasted better toasted with olive oil drizzled on it. I will toast it in the oven or on the stove next time! I haven’t eaten a piece of bread in 25 days so it was nice to taste something slightly similar!

I am going to say, based off of other reviews, that maybe I made it wrong or I just need to tweak the recipe. Mine were awful salty and eggy and stomach achey. I even toasted them and still felt blah after a couple bites. Felt gross for a good hour.

Wow this was fantastic with herbs! Omitted the salt since the butter had salt. Then grilled it on skillet with butter. Spread with tahini. Perhaps a pizza crust if you triple the recipe? Loved it!

I loved it! Added unsalted garlic and herb seasoning this time. Went great with my omelette and spinach! So many things I can do with this. Thinking of using coconut flour a time or two with cinnamon and a tiny pinch of monk extract. Toasted with butter! Am I dreamin’?🤷🏽‍♀️😂😋 Be creatively keto👍🏽 I feel a mean bacon cheeseburger coming on!

It is a great basic recipe. I’ve been sick and thought an egg sandwich sounded good, then I remembered Keto. I’m just kind of starting. Many said it tasted like an egg sandwich. I fried the dough instead and added a little jalapeño cheese. I will make again and add items.

I add 1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar it makes it taste more like bread, I use ACV in all my recipes I use almond flour. Big difference.

Not really a flavor I prefer very much, it was very eggy. I imagine it would make a really good breakfast sandwich though.

But stodgy, maybe I didn’t mix enough, but other than that, good substitute for bread!

Excellent! I don’t have a microwave so rolled little balls and pressed down into a skillet. I also used coconut flour. Yum! Thank you.

The trick to this bread is tweaking the recipe to suit you. It did have a egg taste to it but it wasnt bad. I played around with the receipe and added an extra tablespoon of almond flour ( this seemed to cut down on the egg taste), no salt, 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and 2 tablespoons of grated cheedar cheese . Sometimes I use unsalted butter and sometimes I use olive oil or you can you coconut oil. If I want just plain bread I omit the cheese and spices. Also I always toast mine in the toaster. I make burgers , sandwiches, peanut butter and sugar free jelly and sometimes I just eat it with butter on it. I will never eat regular bread again.

Love this quick easy way to make toast and sandwiches. I found that the addition of salt, however, was too much for my taste.

AB FAB !! So easy and quick and makes great English muffins when you cut in two and toast them next I’ll try using the other tablespoon of butter and see what I can make with this pancake/waffles?

It turned out great! I actually made an egg sandwich by cutting the bread in half then popping the halves in the toaster, meanwhile microwaving one single egg in the bowl for 40 seconds. Once they were both done, I put the egg in between my two toasted slices with a bit of butter and .... viola! Delicious substitute for real English muffin type bread. Next time i’m throwing in some shredded cheese 🤙🏽

Surprisingly good! I’m experimenting with keto nd trying to find the recipes I like I picked up a small bag of almond flour at the store and this is the first thing I’ve made with it
