- 2 Tbsp. mesquite powder (Vivapura, You can also sub with lucuma)
- 1/8 tsp. fine sea salt (do not omit)
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (45 mL, or you can use agave)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. chocolate chips (mini dairy-free, I use Enjoy Life brand)

- quinoa flakes
