- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- cracked black pepper
- liquid smoke (optional)

Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan. Heat on medium-high and cook for 5 minutes (or longer if you have extra time). Serve hot or cold. Keeps in refrigerator for 2+ weeks.
