- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 20 dumpling wrappers (Homemade, linked above, or store bought gyoza or dumpling wrappers)
- neutral oil (such as vegetable or canola)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- powdered sugar (to top and look pretty, optional)
