Super easy, filling, and delicious.
I added some Bok Choi and snap peas for a little crunch.
I found I needed more sauce - I think I tripled it and left some on the side to spice it up as needed.
Will definitely make this again.

Did take longer than 5 minutes (I added extra veggies), but still a really quick, cheap and tasty dinner. I used both shiitake and button mushrooms, added zucchini and choy sum, and fried everything in batches. Will make this again.
