This was a delicious side dish. It was quick and easy to prpare. I served it with asian chicken meatballs with sesame rice noodles.

To be fair, cabbage definitely isn’t my favorite veggie. I got some in my CSA and had no idea how to cook it! This recipe was super easy and fast! It was pretty tasty and had a good combination of flavors. It was nice and tender but still had a good crunch. I want to try it again with a dash of maple syrup!

Quick and easy and tasted so delicious. Definitely a keeper for those busy work nights when you just need a quick and easy side dish to go with a grilled or baked piece of meat .
