- 1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric

- 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon | I prefer the stick!)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- sweetener (choice, i.e. maple syrup, coconut sugar, or stevia to taste)

Great and easy recipe for golden milk! I usually add a bit of honey for sweetening and sometimes I only use one type of milk (coconut or almond) if thats all I have.
