Amazing. Kids loved them, parents loved them, I love them 😍 Second time around was better having dried the zucchini out much more. Easier to crisp and handle in skillet. Great recipe, thanks!

Delicious! Family loved it. Even my daughter who doesn’t like zucchini liked them.

I never though i’d like zucchini, but this recipe made me fall in love with it! Even my (extremely picky) dog likes it!
I like to make big pancake-sized fritters instead of a bunch of small ones though, and sometimes I like to add a bit of garlic powder.
I fully recommend this recipe to anyone and everyone.

Have to cook quite a bit longer. Otherwise very tasty. You can add some spice too if you want

Very good. It just needs more flavor. I used coconut oil instead and add Panko. They turned out very crunchy.

Quite good, made 1/2 recipe, husband surprisingly liked! Used fresh garlic, forgot the parmesan will repeat, the kids will love ‘em! Appreciated it being easy to prepare in advance and then cook!

Added parmesan as some suggested and they were amazing. Will definitely be making again.

want it crispy ? add parmesan, which tends to crisp and firm in the pan. drain for 30 instead of 10. make sure squeezed out good. could use nut milk bag will help.

Somehow I could not get them crispy enough. But add a little salt, and dip in sour cream as suggested, makes a good side.

Great recipe. I baked the fritters to cut down in oil and added curry for more flavor. Happy with their consistency, which was the biggest concern for me with this much zucchini.

Pretty good I would make it again. I had to alter the recipe for less zucchini, but overall good.

My first attempt at zucchini fritters and I won't be looking any further for a recipe. This one is perfect. They keep pretty well in the fridge for a day or two too.

Loved these! Used a food processor to shred. I dusted them with panco breading to make them extra crispy.
