Very easy and fast. I used white rice, peas & carrots and vegetable oil. I had leftover pork tenderloin so I cut it up into dice sized pieces, tossed it in with the rice and soy sauce and it was very good! I always use a decent amount of low sodium soy sauce. We don’t like it too light but not too dark either. I seasoned with some kosher salt & black pepper. It’s a keeper. My daughter who asks for her fried rice (from takeout orders) without vegetables but she eats them in here. She actually asks me to make it!

Five stars for being incredibly simple. Next time I might add some seasoning other than just soy sauce but overall it was very good!!

I didn't have any coconut oil, only walnut oil and used jasmine rice. It came out delicious!!

I enjoyed this. I added extra veggies. I should’ve taken it slow with the soy sauce instead of adding the full 1/3 cup at once. It was more than enough.

Tastes great but don't like soy sauce so I used a substitute for that and turned out still very good

Simple, Fast and defintelly a staple recipe in my kitchen. It was my first time cooking with frozen veggies and I found it very convenient (I prefer fresh veggies, but it's a bit time consuming to cook them + they cook longer). Enjoy!
