    Nothing like the pictue. Make sure to have a well seasoned iron skillet, a good amount of oil to cook in, and a lot of time. A couple things that seemed to help. 1. Cut the bread into small pieces. 2. And try to let the soaked pieces dry a bit before putting in the pan.
