this stuff SMACKS! It's very easy to put together and it goes along well with tacos or by itself. add some lime juice on it and you're on the road to flavor town.

Thank you for sharing your recipe. I made it and it was delicious. I also added lime juice with the avocado and cilantro. I could use this in many of my dishes going forward. I can see myself adding some shredded cheese too, yum!

I made it for a family dinner and everyone loved the combination! Just be sure to add salt.

I made brown rice in the rice cooker with chicken broth then followed the recipe. It was great! It will be as flavorful as the salsa - I added a fresh mild. It was a great recipe and I’ll use it again!

This was good, quick, easy and versatile to adapt in many different ways! Today I used up some leftover Spanish rice and refried beans rather than cook the brown rice. I still added black beans and 1 fresh cob of corn. The salsa I have was heavy on garlic, lime, and chili powder, so I skipped adding spice and cilantro. It was delicious with our sweet potato chips, and also mixed with homemade pineapple mango salsa. I am saving this recipe as a baseline to use often. Thank you!

Amazingly easy! I love that I can be versatile with this by changing to white rice or using a different bean. It doesn’t give a measurement of chili powder, but you can add to your taste I added onions and peppers to mine and also used pinto beans instead of black.I had no black beans.

Very good. I added fajita spice flavored tempeh. I also didn't have any salsa or rotel so I added 1 whole can of Amy's spicy chili. It was yummy.

We loved it. The homemade salsa we had really made the dish. We used white rice (the brown rice I picked up took 50mins to cook and I’m impatient), and it worked out just fine!

A little dry and could use some salt but otherwise a great and simple meal

Forgot to add the salsa so was unable to get full taste experience. Without salsa it is not good.

Good but I changed it a bit. Used 2 packs of Seeds of Change Brown & Red Rice with Chia & Kale (about 4 cups rice) so needed to bump other ingredients...2 cups corn, 1-1/2 T chili powder, extra salsa plus I needed some water, one whole bunch cilantro and 1/2 teaspoon cumin. Kept one 15 oz can black beans. Good avacado unavailable this time of year (omitted). This was a potluck hit!
