It was a hit! Hubby doesn't like when I make new things, he's afraid of my "experiments". Tonight he was hesitant when I told him Honey Mustard Chicken was for dinner. Afterwards he said it was good and said to save the extra breast for his dinner tomorrow night! I would add salt but overall it was easy to make and tasted good.

This was quick and easy on a night when I had no idea what to feed my family. I didn’t have any garlic powder so I used a fresh garlic clove.

I'm going to spice it up more the next time, but other than that it was very easy.

The sauce was good, but the chicken basically turned to rubber. Needed to be pre-seared in my opinion.

I've been making this dish for years, only using butter in place of the olive oil. Even my sig. other, who hates mustard, likes this dish.

it's really delicious! I would suggest adding a bit of salt and pepper after the chicken is ready.

The chicken turned out beautifully. I just think it needs less honey. Although I believe that the sugar overpowers the garlic, it is a very good combination. I will add a little more garlic and a little less honey next time. I think this could use a different twist and again less honey. It burned my sheet pan and stunk up my house. I just think it needs less honey (third time saying this). Overall it was a really, REALLY good chicken.

Great chicken by itself w/ veggies or cold the next day with salad. Used regular dijon mustard, and marinated the chicken in the sauce for a few hours in advance; plus added some lemon

Turned out great. Juicy, flavorful, easy, quick. I’ll make it again.

Turned out really good!
I used boneless chicken thighs and Dijon mustard. I also seasoned with salt and pepper before coating them in the mixture. Baked for 20 min. Came out moist and had a lot of flavor. Was so easy!! Will definitely make this again.
