I've been enjoying making this, my first attempts at homemade salad dressing (this goes great on Salmon too). I do feel that it's just a little bland, however. I've added wasabi paste a couple of times, might try a jalapeno next time. Probably needs a little something else, just not exactly sure what it is. Maybe most salt?

I made this delicious dressing to serve on a broccoli salad. It was wonderful. The perfect dressing with broccoli and spinach.

Great recipe!!! I was out of limes, but subbed in a lemon, and it worked just fine. I also used frozen avocado instead of fresh. Will definitely make again instead of buying out.

Over acidic and pretty bland it needs sugar to balance,add jalapeño and some

It was a little bitter. I think I needed less cilantro and an olive oil suited to this recipe. or maybe a roasted garlic.

I used half an avocado instead of half but it still turned out with too much garlic. I love garlic but it was way too much. Overpowering. I’ll try again with less garlic.

I used one whole avocado instead of a half. It’s still made 2 cups.
In my opinion there was too much lime juice. If I make this recipe again, I will cut the lime juice in half. It also needed more salt. Just didn’t have a whole lot of flavor like I expected.

Great! I made a few adjustments because I needed a larger batch. It’s very fresh and delicious!!!
