    Very bland.. I added spices, Sriracha, onions and garlic but something was just missing not sure what. Will not make again

    It was great. I swapped red curry paste for sriracha and flour for cornstarch, and it worked really well. It just needed a little salt for taste and extra flour to thicken the sauce.

    My first time to make this type of curry. It was a little more plain flavor than what my husband I usually like in this type of curry. I added a little more paste and spices. We liked it though.

    It was an easy recipe but wasn’t the best. Didn’t want to spend on curry paste that I would never use again so I used curry powder to taste. Got what I thought were two small broccoli heads, chopped them, followed all instructions and ended up barely having any sauce in the end. Finally decided to add some vegetable broth to make a sauce. Added some salt. Added minced garlic and a small onion.

    simple and easy but 5 ingredients just isnt enough.. missing important flavour could be saved with some lime, chilli, fish sauce, thai basil etc.

    Really good! A hit for my whole family, even my 4 year old. I used onions and garlic & excluded the corn starch. I think the quality of curry paste probably makes a huge difference. I bought a mild curry sauce as I was worried about it being too spicy for my 4 year old. It had loads of flavour & still had a bit of heat to it. Served with rice & plain yogurt.

    recipe is very bland trying to be 5 ingredient. onion and garlic is absolutely not optional, and I would recommend additional spices. try a small amount of sriracha for some umami and some fresh or ground ginger.

    I followed this recipe per its instructions the first time and it turned out well. I find that, as someone who isn’t vegan, some vegan recipes taste as though they’re missing flavor (I call it “that chicken” or “cholesterol” flavor, which I guess is essentially umami). This recipe does not taste like it’s missing anything. Upon making it again, I added a yellow onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne powder. My family didn’t even know there wasn’t meat in it until I told them! >=)

    Absolutely delicious. Blew my head off, so added rice to calm it. Might reduce the red curry paste to 1 tbsp. Would definitely make this again.

    Really delicious and creamy. The taste is both mild and spicy. I like a slightly spicier dish so I added a few chili peppers and teriyaki sauce.
