Very quick and easy dish with good flavor considering the few ingredients. Added onion and garlic powder vs the real thing. Next time will cut those up to add as well.

Like many others say, it’s bland. It is, though, a good base, but it requires more flavor for sure. Go for 2-3x the curry paste or follow spice directions from another recipe to get it up to par.

Pretty bland even with 2x the curry paste. Decent for a quick meal but there are better coconut curry recipes out there

Overall really yummy and easy curry recipe but definitely lacking in spicy-ness; the flavor of the curry is a bit one-noted so I suggest adding actual peppers or even pineapple

So so… I felt like it’s missing some ingredients.. and makes your stomach feel funny

I had to add a lot to this recipe because it was pretty bland. HOWEVER, it was a good baseline recipe for me to play around with. I ended up switching it up a lot last time… I used yellow curry, agave, raisins and cashews. Was delicioussss.

Very very easy, I added a bell pepper and half an onion. I used ginger, cayenne pepper, twice the curry paste, salt pepper and garlic powder. Served with naan.

Good recipe, I’m going to add more curry paste next time to kick the flavor up even more

Turned out great. Definitely will use this recipe again. My husband is not a big curry fan so I went light on the curry paste, he liked it😊

It was really good I added onion, garlic and red and orange peppers, also used double the curry paste.

Super good and easy! Will definitely have to add more seasoning than what’s recommended, but a great/quick option for dinner :)

I added the below-recommended spices, along with fresh mushrooms, cauliflower, bell peppers, onions- definitely could have been spicier (had to keep it easy for my parents) - would have added more lime, too.

Was a good base, but needed more flavor and ingredients. I added bell pepper, onions, & cayenne. Do not to salt and pepper! It needs it

This is a fine simple recipe. Something I would fall back on when I don't have a lot of time, ingredients, or inspiration at hand. It could have used more salt and more curry for better flavor, also remained very runny.

Delicious! Doubled the recipe and added carrot and capsicum. Very tasty!

Great recipe, I will try to use more veggies next time, I would add more salt though

Really easy, and it turned out well. Only modification I made was adding a can of mushrooms, which I quite liked.

Maaaan this is so good! Next time adding more red curry paste and a little salt.
**Made this again and doubled the curry paste, added extra garlic and onion. Love it for meal prep.
