It was good but a bit bland. I had to use yellow curry paste instead of red and added an extra tablespoon. I also added potato, cauliflower, peas and fresh cilantro.

It came out perfect, exactly what I expected. The only thing is that I probably should’ve made more sauce. And I added cilantro.

It is a little bland, I added zucchini and it definitely needed some salt and pepper upon serving

I would add the chickpeas in earlier so they get a little bit more flavor, but overall really tasty!

Simple and subtle, but still tasty and comforting. I recommend adding a few other spices to suit your taste preferences.

This is one of my kids' favorite dishes. A regular request for special meals like birthdays. As others have said you can tinker with it and add spices, but it's a good base and is still tasty if it's made as the recipe instructs.

I added Briyani curry and red chili peppers since other reviewers said it could use a bit more flavor. I also used mixed vegetables. Will add a little more chili peppers next time too!

Hi Sam, thanks for saving the world by being vegan! 3 months ago
It turned out really great. At first it was really thick due to the cornstarch but adding a little of bit of water helped.

This is one of our go-tos! I use coconut cream instead of milk (put your coconut milk in the fridge over night to turn into cream), added red peppers, spice and shrimp. I love the suggestions of adding mushrooms, onions and steamed sweet potato! If the sauce isn’t thick enough you can add corn starch and boil. Can’t go wrong with this one!
