I added cayenne for a bit of heat. Loved this recipe! Even great for breakfast.

Delicious and a great way to use my leftover butternut squash stew. I tried different toppings and creamy horseradish turned out to be my favorite.

My family was surprised that these fritters were so good. I added green onions and a little rosemary. I also took the advice of a prior review and made them thin. Home run!

Very good but I made sure the fritters were flattened to cook thoroughly. I also cooked them longer and at a lower temperature
