- 1/2 cup water (or coconut water)
- 1/2 cup kale
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (frozen, OR star fruit for low carb / keto)
- 2 cups strawberries (frozen sliced)
- 1/4 cup frozen mango (chunks, OR cantaloupe for low carb / keto)
- 8 fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup water (or coconut water)
- 2 1/2 cups spinach (or kale, I used a mix of both)
- 3/4 cup water (or coconut water)
- 1 pear (OR chayote for low carb / keto cored and sliced (with or without skin))
- 1/2 slice apple (OR avocado for low carb / keto)

I've tried two recipes so far and it tastes super amazing and so healthy, I definitely feel detoxing, that's for sure!
