This was absolutely amazing! And so easy! Everyone loved it! I used raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. I also whipped up some extra whipped cream (with some powdered sugar and vanilla) to “frost” the top because the pudding is kind of yellow and not very smooth looking (there will be some inevitable lumps in your pudding mixture, but it doesn’t affect anything). It looked beautiful. I’m going to make this every year from now on.
