After kneading, let sit @room temp, covered with lid for 15 mins. Then punch down and put lid back on. Place in a warm place for 30-60 mins. Roll into buns then cover loosely and rest for 30-60 mins before baking. These buns go with instant pot sloppy joe. Quick and convenient. Always turns out perfect.

Works great every time I make it! A quick alternative to more time consuming hamburger buns. They are tasty. Very fluffy and tender.
