Really simple to make and great flavor. I changed the seasoning from just salt and pepper to a more spicy flavor. Cayenne is a regular and went with a Caribbean jerk seasoning.
This dish will get added to our rotation.

Perfect! I have a large family, so I doubled the recipe, layered the chicken and stuffing, and cooked it a bit longer. It got lots of compliments from picky eaters!
