It was good, but it took too much time to make. 30 minutes to boil the potatoes, took care of grating the zucchini while the potatoes boiled, but shaping each individual tater tot took a long time. I ended up with 56 tablespoon volume tots. Baking was close to an hour because they didn't brown very quickly at 425. All told, it took about 3 hours to make, not 75 minutes.

Very tasty. I added granulated garlic and chopped onion in addition to the salt to beef up the flavor a little bit.
Air-fried them in a single layer at 450 for about 15 minutes. Check on them near the end so the outside doesn't get too charred though.

I used a cheese cloth to squeeze the zucchini. But I also just boiled and mashed the potatoes. The taste is good, but they are quite mushy. Probably will make again anyway. i plan to freeze them and recook in the air fryer.

The taste is there but the texture is a bit mushy. It would be nice if it were a bit crispier. Still, probably worth trying.

Zucchini Tater Tots had nice flavor, but texture was like mashed potatoes, not crisp like I’d hoped. Nice subtle squash flavor.

We forgot to freeze them before baking so the tator tots didn't hold their shape. With extra baking time, they turned out fine. Very tasty and husband has already requested them again!

These were great! It was very flavorful with just 4 ingredients. I would meal prep these the night before or the morning I plan to cook them for a meal.
