First time making miso soup, I loved this recipe but i did swap out tofu for shimeji (which i put in while the water for the miso boiled to cook it) and I toppes it off with yummy alfafa sprouts as well.

This was realllly good but I had to add quite a few shakes of soy sauce and sriracha. Also added toasted sesame seeds. I feel like the egg was a MUST, it made it so good when the yolk mixed with the miso.
