When I saw this recipe, I was excited to make it. It seemed quick and easy, which it was easy, but took longer to cook, which still wasn’t a huge problem. Because I didn’t have ripe bananas, I used 2 cups of applesauce and used baking cocoa. Be careful! Don’t use baking cocoa like I did because it tastes really bitter, even when adding stevia and honey!!!! The applesauce probably wouldn’t be the best thing to use, so if I make this again I will be sure to follow the ingredients!😂 All in all, this was a good recipe.

Love! I only had 2 ripe bananas so I cut the recipe in half and baked in 6 large muffin cups (with a paper muffin cup in each). SO good!

This time I used a vanilla whey powder. They turned out ok. The Vega powder is a better option $50!!
