Awesome! I had no problem with anyting falling apart. I used olive oil in spray form in the pan. No eggy or weird coconut flavor. Will definitely make it again.

Falls apart way to easy, breaks in half when you try to fold, makes a good quesadilla if you want to eat it with a fork.
