Yum! Took some time to get everything together. I made the pepper sauce and cheese sauce a little ahead of time and kept them on warm. Then did the chicken and macaroni. But it was delicious!

This was pretty time consuming to make and used a lot of dishes. It was very tasty but probably won't be making again anytime soon

This was delicious. We're not big fans of spicy at my house so I used just a dash of cayenne in the honey pepper sauce and left the Anaheim pepper out of the pasta but thought the cheese sauce was a little bland on its own so if I made this again I might try adding a bit of heat.

I cook a lot and can say that this is the best chicken I’ve made!!!! I did everything from scratch and it was definitely a lot of work. I would probably separate the Mac and cheese and the chicken to simplify cooking (cook the chicken with a baked potato or something simpler 😂). I’m definitely making this chicken a lot more! I also think the seasoned flour and butter milk were too much for 1lbs of tender. I didn’t want to waste it so I kept seasoning more tenders to cook later and was able to season 3lbs of chicken tenders total.

I made the chicken and it was amazing! This is now one of my favorite recipes! I will definitely make it again!

I don’t know if I did something wrong, but the sauce did not thicken for me lol. I just tossed the chicken tenders in buffalo sauce. Both, the Mac and cheese and the chicken came out so good.

I only did the sauce for the chicken and it was alright, I wouldn’t recommend adding too much pineapple juice

add a cornstarch slurry to the sauce to thicken it up, other than that it was delicious!

This is a meal that you write home about. LOL! Seriously satisfying! The mac n cheese is really creamy and flavorful. (My family loves Costco's deli mac n chesse and I think this recipe could be the same/similar one that they use.) I did bake the mac and cheese for 15-20 minutes in the oven after I was done making it on the stovetop. I admit that I took a short cut by getting chicken tenders from our local grocery deli. I just poured the sauce over them and baked them in the oven for a little bit while I was baking the mac and cheese. My family was in love with this recipe!

This is one of our favorite Sunday dinners. I don’t use the peppers (4&6 year olds) and I make more than 6 chicken tenders, probably around 10. We do leftovers for lunch in our house ☺️

One bite into this meal, my husband pronounced this his new favorite meal I've ever made (steak is still his favorite food, but he cooks that :P)! I found that I probably could have used 1/2 the amount of seasoned flour and 1/2 the buttermilk and still had plenty to drench my 6 chicken tenders. I couldn't find asiago at my local store, so I bought a blend of shredded cheese that included asiago, romano, mozarella and parmesan. I also skipped the peppers b/c I wanted my picky two year old to try this. I didn't think it was terribly time-consuming but it's not one of those 5 minute prep and 30 mins cooking type meals. You can do a lot of the stuff simultaneously (which makes it go faster, but busier) or you can do almost anything ahead of time or take shortcuts (like buy bacon bits instead of cooking your own) to make it easier. I also didn't deep fry my chicken but just cooked it in a bit of oil in a cast-iron pan and found that to be quite delicious (and maybe save a little in the calorie department!)

Super delicious! But time consuming if you are making all components from scratch!
