- 2 onions (peeled and chopped)
- 5 red chillies (chopped, leave the seeds in if you like it hotter)
- 1 ginger (thumb sized piece of, peeled and chopped finely)
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped finely)
- 1/2 tsp. shrimp paste
- 2 tsp. yellow bean paste
- 1/2 tsp. tamarind paste
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 20 king prawns (shrimp these can be ready-cooked or uncooked shrimp. They need to have been deveined and have no heads or tails.)
- 1/2 cup shrimps (tiny)
- 2 cups beansprouts
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- spring onions (/scallions chopped)
- chillies (fresh, thinly sliced)
- lime wedges
