    It was awesome. My whole family ate it and asked for more. They wanted more asparagus. My husband said if all of my low carb meals are this good he is ok with that.

    pretty good recipe, although i personally found it a little lacking on spices. but thats an easy fix in the future.

    Really delicious. I tried it with ariston balsamic vinegar, which has a really sweet taste to it. instead of sliced mozzarella I used shredded. amazing how little time it took and how delicious it was.

    chicken turned out a little too dry on first attempt, added marinade for next attempt, turned out perfect! 2 hours in a white wine Italian seasoning blend! Amazing!

    Definitely healthy/low carb, easy to make and easy to clean up but followed instructions exactly and found it to be pretty bland. Not worth making again.

    This is a great simple sheet pan dinner. I will add a little more salt and pepper next time but both my family and I enjoyed it. I used broccoli as the asparagus just didn't look good at the store so looks like you can use whatever vegetable you like that roasts well.

    Followed the instructions and the chicken and asparagus came out very well; everyone loved it. If i would do one thing differently, it would be what another reviewer suggested: searing the chicken to add a bit of color to the chicken.

    Very easy and tasty, although the chicken itself could have been prepared with a bit more colour - following the recipe it will turn out quite pale and moderately flavourful. I recommend searing the chicken on medium-high heat for 3 mins each side, then putting it in the oven at 375 for 8-10 min.

    Turned out amazing!! Added Brussels sprouts to the asparagus(I didn’t have enough asparagus) as well as some assorted veggies and made this for 2. Husband loved it. Will definitely make it again

    This was a great meal! I will definitely make it again. The only recommendation I have is to start by making the balsamic reduction before you start anything else in this recipe. The instructions are not included here so I found it in a different recipe. Use one cup of balsamic vinegar and a quarter cup of honey and heat to boiling. Then, reduce to a simmer until it is about 1/3 of a cup in the pan remove from heat and set aside for later. It took as long to cook the reduction as everything else because it needs to simmer a while and then gets thicker after it sits.

    Excellent meal. Didn't have "Italian Spice" at home so had to mix up a poor-man's version. Next time, planning on using actual "Italian Spice" and probably sprinkle some lemon juice on both chicken and asparagus. Had it with a slice of bread and leftover tomato slices.

    It turned out fine, but I would add more garlic (preferably fresh chopped 2-3 cloves) more Italian seasoning and perhaps some red pepper flakes as well. It was easy and a good quick meal.
