Very quick & easy, very tasty! Served it on top of coconut rice. Family loved it but thought it was a tad too sweet, so I'll use less sugar next time.

Big hit. In the recipe she says you MUST cook in batches to prevent crowding, but I used my large chefs pan and it all cooked together fine. The meat stayed crisp when added to the sauce, and there was enough sauce to have some on the rice will definitely be saving this recipe!

Very good! I would recommend this to everyone. Will make it again in the future!

This was DELISH!!!! I normally don’t read the blog in detail, but he gives super helpful tips to keep the meat tender, so trust his technique. 👍🏻

This tastes exactly like the restaurants. Just added some salt & pepper for taste and had it over quinoa. Sooooo good!

I didn’t have the fresh garlic or ginger and it was still so flavorful! I can only imagine how delicious with the fresh ingredients! Definitely will do this recipe again!

Quick, easy, and tasty. The sauce was a little too sweet for my taste so I cut it with a bit of rice vinegar as I finished. I also added red pepper flakes to bring in a bit of spice to the dish. I served the beef with white rice and steamed vegetables.

I love this recipe. I used red onions instead of green, and I used green paprika for color. I had also seasoned my meat with cumin black pepper and cayenne because, why not! Down side, I found the post unnecessarily wordy so I scrolled to the bottom where the actual instructions are

Super amazing I did soak the beef a bit first in soy sauce and it needed a lot of paper towels to soak up the juices after frying and was super-messy (the frying) but everyone loved it! Served over zucchini spirals, alongside snow peas

A little sweet but over all a great recipe. I’d cut the sweetness next time and definitely add some salt.

I used less soy sauce as I don’t really like the flavor much. Beef didn’t get as crispy as I would have liked, however I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. I’ll definitely be cooking this again!

very yummy! flavor is all there. I'm gunna use a little tiny bit less ginger next time, but if you like ginger, use it all!
