It was delicious! I made some changes by browning the chicken and sesoning the chicken with onion and garlic powder, cajun season all and some cumin. For the cheese inside the enchiladas i used velvetta mexican cheese. I topped it with cilantro and pico with extra fresh jalepenoes.

Easy to make. Had a nice flavor but would have preferred a bit more kick to it. Will use a spicer sauce or can of chilis next time
