- 2 Tbsp. hot chili oil
- 1/4 cup dried porcini mushrooms (optional, but recommended)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
- 4 squares ramen noodles
- 4 cups shredded kale (or baby spinach)
- 4 Tbsp. salted butter (melted or olive oil)
- 2 lb. mixed mushrooms (roughly torn)
- 2 shallots (small, sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes (use more or less, to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 6 hard boiled eggs (or soft, for serving)
