We thought it was delicious. I also sautéed a boneless chicken breast and used it as a side along with the avocado, cheese and light sour cream mentioned in the recipe. Will definitely make again.

Needed a bit more depth of flavour I think, but would go well as a side dish.

My husband and I loved this dish! We didn't use sour cream the first time, but plan to next time. Delicious!

It was delicious! I recommend adding the black beans in with the spices though! Let them cook for a bit longer.
