    I tried a slightly different take on this and used Wild Cherry Pepsi. It was unbelievably tender and full of flavour.

    I have made this a couple times already this month. I used like a 5ish lb. pork butt or shoulder. I would recommend using almost a whole 2-liter bottle of root beer to cover/cook the pork in. I did it on high for 7 hours, then drained it and shredded the pork up. Then I used pretty much a whole regular size bottle of bbq sauce to stir it all up and let cook on high for 1 more hour.
