Pretty good for only 3 ingredients!
Slightly crispy around edges and chewy in the middle.
maybe be more crispy if flattened more or smaller cookies?

Awesome 😋 absolutely delicious. Halved the sugar abit and sprinkle some on top for that extra crunch. Made a few into sandwiches with chocolate spread in the middle.
