excellent taste. i added 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup oat flour which helped consistency of batter. topped with fresh blueberries.

Love these pancakes!! I have Celiac disease and miss eating regular pancakes, but once I found this recipe I enjoy eating pancakes again! They are healthy and delicious!

These are a delicious way to use up bananas! They don't cook quite the same as regular pancakes, but once you get the hang of it they aren't too hard. They're especially great with Nutella!
