Easy and creamy..delicious & i appreciate the cashews add protein! I did add more water when blending cashews. (I dont have food processor yet but my blender did ok thankfully) also added some cheese on top :) I had leftovers today and added sauteed mushrooms too. Thanks for this recipe!!

I made this today because I was in a cooking mood, very simple to understand and everyday household ingredients. Extremely tasty, the cashews have a wonderful texture and give it a buttery taste. I added 1/2 tsp of basil and 1 tbsp of salt and it tastes wonderful with those. Cashews are hard to blend, add slightly more water than recipe asks or cashew sauce will be too thick. I stirred in drained noodles with sauce in a hot pan for three minutes. 100% recommend. 5 stars.

Pretty goo. My husband expected more of a nutty taste but i was happy with the creamy textur. I may add a little more water next time cause it was rather thic.

Really simple easy vegan creamy sauce. I added it to a garlic vegetable sauce and then added mixed veggies (Zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers). Obviously if you know you don't like cashew cream based sauces you won't like this, but I thought it was delicious!

To be very honest this recipe was just not tasty...the nuts and pasta sauce did not go together...would have been better off with just plain pasta and sauce.
