Made it. Ate it. Used unsweetened coconut flakes. Came out perfectly sweet. Perfect ice cream texture.

I was afraid this would not be coconut flavored enough but it really is! I even used unsweetened coconut and it was plenty sweet enough! I also toasted my coconut! Fantastic!!! So quick and easy!
