I have such strong cravings for baked goods and this is much healthier and cheaper to make! It was yummy too. :)

Made as pancakes. They fell apart a bit, but scooped onto a plate still tasted delicious. Great use of overripe bananas.

Good recipe, left it on the waffle iron for about 4 minutes and it was cooked well. This was a bit longer than the recipe called for.

They are great they taste like a regular banana pancake, minus the sugar and flour.

Loved these!! I made pancakes out of them instead of waffles. Was a little tricky to keep their shape but I put a little bit of milk in the egg and after mashing by hand I put the egg and banana in the blender for a quick 20 seconds. Turned out great! I think I just need a bigger spatula - each one was huge but hard to flip 🙂

I prefer as pancakes with less cleanup. 3 ripe bananas mashed really good, 6 beaten eggs - combine together. Add cinnamon to taste. Place very small amount of butter or coconut oil in pan (too much and they'll be soggy) on medium low and pour 3 small pancakes (too big and they're hard to flip) and add blueberries to your liking on top of each pancake. When edges start to bubble flip over. Watch closely as they cook fast. We even like them as left overs the next day (microwave at 50% for a minute).

Definitely would've been better as a waffle, but the pancake didn't turn out horribly. It tasted great!

Doesn't work for pancakes at all and I'm not about to try making waffles with this recipe. The result is about what you'd expect: a runny, banana-flavored, pan-fried egg that doesn't hold its shape when you flip it (and yes, it still tastes distinctly like an egg despite the other flavors mixed in). I'm sticking with flour-based pancakes from now on.

This waffle just blew my mind. Took me under 10 minutes, and was SO easy and satisfying. I'm forever changed... Can't wait to make this a regular breakfast in the family!

These were so delicious I had to write a review while eating them...taste better than real pancakes to me. I used two eggs, 1 banana and a handful of sweet organic blueberries. Make them small so they are easy to flip. Delicious!!

They were really great, after changing to a Gluten Free Diet it's really hard to find good recipes. Definitely saving this one.
