Good recipe, left it on the waffle iron for about 4 minutes and it was cooked well. This was a bit longer than the recipe called for.

Very easy and a great paleo option.

It was not bad. I would make it again. It was harder to take off the waffle maker

Really yummy. My 1 yr old and 2 yr old gobbled them up.

Delicious! I added in some cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence and a teaspoon of peanut butter instead of blueberries turned out great! Only complaint is that the batter portion was a bit small but that's an easy fix! Will definitely make again

They are great they taste like a regular banana pancake, minus the sugar and flour.
    Hi Sarah!! 3 years ago
Loved these!! I made pancakes out of them instead of waffles. Was a little tricky to keep their shape but I put a little bit of milk in the egg and after mashing by hand I put the egg and banana in the blender for a quick 20 seconds. Turned out great! I think I just need a bigger spatula - each one was huge but hard to flip 🙂

I had a recipe for I mashed banana with two whipped eggs and it came out just like a pancake and stayed together. You have to cook it longer than a regular pancake though, it's delicious!

I prefer as pancakes with less cleanup. 3 ripe bananas mashed really good, 6 beaten eggs - combine together. Add cinnamon to taste. Place very small amount of butter or coconut oil in pan (too much and they'll be soggy) on medium low and pour 3 small pancakes (too big and they're hard to flip) and add blueberries to your liking on top of each pancake. When edges start to bubble flip over. Watch closely as they cook fast. We even like them as left overs the next day (microwave at 50% for a minute).

Definitely would've been better as a waffle, but the pancake didn't turn out horribly. It tasted great!

Although it doesn't work for pancakes it was still really yummy - need to get a waffle iron!

Doesn't work for pancakes at all and I'm not about to try making waffles with this recipe. The result is about what you'd expect: a runny, banana-flavored, pan-fried egg that doesn't hold its shape when you flip it (and yes, it still tastes distinctly like an egg despite the other flavors mixed in). I'm sticking with flour-based pancakes from now on.

It tastes okay, I guess. The only problem is that it's too eggy for my taste and it was a bit burnt.

This waffle just blew my mind. Took me under 10 minutes, and was SO easy and satisfying. I'm forever changed... Can't wait to make this a regular breakfast in the family!

They were very good. The first banana batter that actually worked. The only thing that drove me a little bit crazy was the cleaning of the waffle maker afterwards. (He didn't liked the blueberries much)

Great! I did it as a pancake for 1. I used a small pan & 2 spatulas to turn, then let it cool a bit at the end before taking it out. It worked out perfectly. Yum!!

These were so delicious I had to write a review while eating them...taste better than real pancakes to me. I used two eggs, 1 banana and a handful of sweet organic blueberries. Make them small so they are easy to flip. Delicious!!

So DELICIOUS I made it twice waffle style and pancake. However use ripe bananas it's easier to mash them and mix with egg.

They were really great, after changing to a Gluten Free Diet it's really hard to find good recipes. Definitely saving this one.

It wasn't extremely delicious but it was good and rather healthy. I will be making them more often.
