Super good! I doubled it and did 2/3 coconut sugar and 1/3 white sugar. I also added about a tsp of baking powder to make sure they had a little rise. I added some more grinded salt after they baked and went closer to 11 minutes. My kids gobbled them up.

I came across this recipe today, had all ingredients and they turned out great! Super easy and good!
