- 1 cup coconut (chilled, almond, or other “milk” beverage)
- 1/2 avocado (¼ to, a ripe)
- 3 dried pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey (OR 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup)
- 1 handful baby spinach (large, or spring mix greens)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- dark chocolate (add, chunks, for a mint chocolate chip like flavor)
- cacao powder (sprinkle with)
- 1 cup coconut (almond or other “milk”)
- 1/4 quick cook rolled oats
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp. flax meal
- 1 Tbsp. brewer's yeast
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (almond butter, sunbutter or other nut/seed butter)
- 1 1/2 cups water (1-, or coconut water)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
- 1/4 cup frozen mango (or fresh)
- 1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 handful spring mix (or baby spinach)
- 1 handful baby kale (or chopped kale)
- 1 Tbsp. flax oil (and/or ½ avocado for healthy fats)
- 1 tsp. spirulina powder
- 2 dried pitted dates (for sweetness)
