    Not what I expected and the meat wasn't great. The tzatziki sauce was good with extra dill however.

    Great! Added cucumbers to the sauce and rosemary and marjoram to the meat. Would definitely make it again.

    These were okay. I didn’t think the meat was the best gyro meat, but it was easy and quick to pull together.

    I made just the sauce to go with a different meatball recipe. This sauce is minimal and absolutely perfect! Outstanding fresh flavor (I doubled the dill).

    delicious and easy! we love this recipe, I usually double it so we have leftovers. i have found my husband likes it better with a 2:1 beef to lamb ratio
