very tasty! a bit too spicy so will cut back on the hot peppers next time. the flavors were otherwise spot on. i added zucchini and served on a bed of rice with asparagus. would be great in noodles too

Very good! a little bit of prep time, but all can be done while the rice is cooking. fast and easy cook. I use chili garlic sauce if I don't have thai bird chilis.

This was a fantastic way to use some of the Thai Basil growing in the yard. Great flavor and easy to prepare. My sweet wife is cleaning up the kitchen and moaning her approval. I only wish I had the Thai Bird chilies.
