This was more soup than anything. A bit bland as well. Personally prefer a higher protein to pasta ratio.

This was so delicious. Absolutely perfect I added fresh mushrooms and sweet pepper for color I could make this for company. Wonderful. My Husband could not say enough great things about this dish. Filling but light I Can’t wait for my work lunch tomorrow!

I had no wine so I used white wine vinegar and sugar to soften the edge turned out surprisingly good
